4C offers three possibilities for shared (on-net and off-net) traffic:

4C can share traffic with any Toll Free carrier

International Toll Free Services (ITFS)

- Originate toll-free calls from outside the United States and 4C extended call coverage (ECC) area
- Originated from over XX global location
- Switched and dedicated access

Universal International Free Phone Numbering (UIFN)

- Originate toll-free calls from outside the United States locations with one toll-free number for all participating locations
- Switched and dedicated access
