Company Auto Attendant with Full Featured Customizable IVR Menus
4C’s Auto Attendant will reduce the costs of communications by answering the phone with custom greetings, transfer calls to extensions, screen calls and offer directory assistance to the proper extension. The Auto Attendant supports an advance menu management system to enable an unlimited, multi-tree interactive voice response (IVR) system.

Dial extension-to-extension within a company and between offices, even when dialing from out of the office.
Company Directory

Up to the Minute Call Detail via your Web Browser
Business owners/managers are able to see call activity and billing in real-time from a web browser, breaking down call by extension or phone number.
Hunt Groups
Hunting allows a number of lines to be grouped in to a “pool”, so that incoming call are directed to whichever of these lines are available.
Music-on-Hold
Music-on-Hold support standard music file formats such as mp3 and allows music to company messaging to be uploaded via the web-portal. Each extension’s ability to upload their own music-on-hold can be turned on and off by the administrator.
Multiple Call Appearances
Multiple Call Appearances allow each station to have two or more appearances of the user’s primary phone number. Each appearance gives the user the ability to handle one call.
Direct Connect (“Hotline”)
Direct Connect automatically dials a per-assigned station’s extension number or external telephone number whenever a user goes off-hook or lifts the handset.
Call Restrictions / Station Restrictions
This feature prevents certain types of calls from being made or received by particular stations. A wide variety of restrictions are available, covering incoming calls, outgoing calls, toll restrictions, code restrictions, and differential treatment for internal and external calls.
Unified Messaging Increases Mobility and Accessibility
Web Interface for users and admin
Users are able to login and listen to voicemail, check email, check incoming faxes, manage features like find-me/follow-me, forwarding, ring lists, check on call history access communication and collaboration tools weather they are in the office/home office or on the road.
Personal Auto Attendant
4C Personal Auto Attendant will answer the phone with a custom greeting for each employee (if desired), transfer calls to Business Phones, Home Phones, or Cell Phones to contact the appropriate party, and take messages.
Voicemail-to-E-mail
Voicemail messages can be set to forward to any e-mail address, and can be checked through the Unified Messaging web interface.
Find-Me/Follow-Me
Each CCS User has the capability of entering multiple phone numbers (office, cell, home, hotel) into a "Find-Me/Follow-Me" list. When the user is called and is not answered within a specified number of rings, each of the numbers will be called either sequentially, randomly or according to a schedule which is configurable using the online web portal. Find-Me/Follow-Me can help lower phone bills by routing calls to a landline rather than a cell phone when the call can be taken there. It also reduces missed calls and allows calls to be retrieved while traveling, even out of the country, by entering your foreign cell phone or land line so that calls are never missed.
Simultaneous Ring
Users are able to enter multiple
phone numbers so that they ring simultaneously when a call is received. The call will be transferred to the first phone that answers it and all other phones will stop ringing. This feature allows individuals to enter, their cell phone, home phone, office phone and any other numbers, so that they have the option of which one to answer the call on.
